Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device as well as sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
