Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapidly changing environments by developing, aligning, and implementing a global human resources strategy. She has been a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating corporate goals and strategies into human and business strategies through the management of change and engagement for employees. She is of the opinion that learning is the primary aspect of leading. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leadership and coaches with evidence-based outcomes. These experiences helped develop organizations that were characterized by innovation in learning and adaptability to change. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time, she also provides support to a number of non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. She also provides training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
