Maribel lived within Virginia and was raised by her parents and siblings, though the details of their lives are not available. As a child Maribel was interested in becoming a lawyer and pursued an occupation in the legal field. In fact, when she graduated from highschool she was admitted to the University of Virginia to pursue the major of German with a minor on Foreign Policy. Thomas Jefferson, an author of the Declaration of Independence, founded the university in 1819. It now offers over a 100 courses centered around Jefferson's Academical Village - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Around 1,600 acres are devoted to the main university, and a lot more is devoted to the research park and the school's farm. After completing her degree, Maribel furthered her studies at New York Law School to pursue a Juris Doctor. Maribel Aber NYLS is a private law school that is famous for being the home of prominent faculty members, many who have also worked working in the legal and business world.
